By accessing or using TranslateNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. These terms apply to all users, including free and premium subscribers.
TranslateNow is a translation application that provides:
Text translation between supported languages.
Voice-to-text and text-to-speech translation.
Document translation (basic and advanced).
Camera and OCR-based translation.
Translation history and phrasebook management.
Premium subscription features for unlimited usage.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
TranslateNow offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription:
Free tier: 50 text translations and 10 voice translations per day.
Premium: Unlimited translations, advanced document translation, priority engine, and API access.
Premium is billed monthly. Pricing is displayed on the Pricing page.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors or technical failures.
You agree not to use TranslateNow to:
Translate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the translation API beyond normal use.
Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
Use the service for automated bulk translation without a commercial API agreement.
The TranslateNow application, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your translated content remains your own. We do not claim ownership over text you submit for translation, but you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
TranslateNow uses third-party providers including Google Cloud Translation, Supabase, and Stripe. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party translation engines.
TranslateNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that translations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose including legal, medical, or professional use. Always have critical translations reviewed by a qualified human translator.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranslateNow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any errors in translation output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TranslateNow at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.
